1. Commissions

• All commissions are made to order and are fully custom-made to your specification.
• A commission is confirmed once a deposit has been paid and acceptance has been confirmed in writing.
• Prices quoted are based on the information provided at the time of quoting. Significant changes to the design after confirmation may incur additional charges.
• Popcorn Mini reserves the right to decline any commission at its discretion.

2. Deposits & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit (typically 30–50% of the total price) is required to secure your place in the commission queue.
• The remaining balance is due before the item is shipped or collected.
• Failure to pay the final balance within a reasonable period may result in the commission being cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
• All prices are in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

3. Cancellations & Right to Cancel

Because all commissions are made to your individual specification, they are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 28(1)(b)).

If you wish to cancel before work has begun, please get in touch as soon as possible. The deposit will be retained to cover any materials, design time, and administration costs already incurred. Cancellations once work has commenced may result in additional charges.

4. Delivery & Shipping

• Estimated completion times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to material availability or unforeseen circumstances.
• You will be notified before shipping. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
• Popcorn Mini is not liable for delays or damage caused by courier services, but will assist in making a claim where possible.
• Risk passes to the buyer once the item has been handed to the courier.

5. Consumer Rights

Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all goods must be:

• Of satisfactory quality
• Fit for purpose
• As described

If your item arrives faulty or significantly not as described, please get in touch within 30 days of receipt and a repair, replacement, or refund will be arranged as appropriate.

6. Care & Maintenance

Fursuits and costume pieces require specific care. Care instructions will be provided with every order. Damage caused by improper care, modification, or misuse is not covered under any warranty.

7. Intellectual Property

Popcorn Mini retains the right to photograph and share completed commissions for portfolio and promotional purposes unless requested otherwise in writing before the commission begins. You retain ownership of your character design.

8. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, please contact Popcorn Mini first at popcornminifursuits@gmail.com and every effort will be made to resolve the matter. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

9. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in force at the time your commission is confirmed applies to that commission.
